Next to Mangling Village, you can see a row of lush green trees. After careful observation, you'll realize that it's actually just a banyan tree. This welcome banyan tree stands by the 320 National Highway, as if it was created specifically to wait for distant guests. Local people in Ruili kindly call it the "welcome banyan tree". Although this tree ranks only fifth in Dehong State, its shape is very unique and changeable, attracting many film and television experts. Many famous film and television works, such as "Border Fortress Fire", "Peacock Princess", "Handcuffed Traveler", "Journey to the West", etc. have been filmed here. Legendary film star Wang Xiaotang once swung on a swing on this tree, and Liu Xiaoqing also lingered around in this forest of trees.
