Introduction

Qingshui Township, located in the southwest of Tengchong County, has a hot sea covering an area of about 9 square kilometers, with over 80 gas springs and hot springs. Among them, 10 hot spring groups have a water temperature of over 90℃, and the spring water continuously sprays, making the whole hot sea shrouded in a white mist. The most typical spectacle in the hot sea is a large boiling pot, as well as multiple spring eyes such as eyeglass spring and beauty pool, each with their own name and story. Here, you can also observe one of the eighteen wonders of Yunnan - "selling eggs on a string". In addition, there are multiple nursing homes and bathhouses in the hot sea, where you can enjoy the hot springs and rehabilitation services together.

Transportation

【Public transportation】 1. There are special buses to the volcano/hot sea at the Tengchong County Tourism Passenger Station. The ticket for the volcano bus is about 4 yuan, and it runs every half an hour (approximately every 10-30 minutes past the hour). The ticket for the hot sea bus is about 3 yuan, and it runs every 10-15 minutes. 2. There is also a bus located next to the Yihua Garden Hotel at the intersection of Rehai Road and Financial Road, and the fare is about 5 yuan. It leaves when it is full. 【Taxi】 Taking a taxi from Tengchong to the Hot Sea Scenic Area costs about 30 yuan.
