Introduction

The West Causeway in Kunming Lake in the Summer Palace is a long and winding causeway from the northwest to the southeast with six bridges. Like the Su Causeway, willow trees are planted along the shores of the six bridges, and there are still 19 ancient trees surviving. The difference is that the Su Causeway is straight, while the West Causeway is winding. In addition, intoxicating mountain peach blossoms are also planted on the West Causeway. In mid-to-late March every year, the peach blossoms here bloom and complement the ancient architecture, creating a beautiful picture.
