The exterior of the building emphasizes vertical lines and is simple and bright. The ground floor is decorated with black marble, giving a noble and solemn appearance. The artificial circular marble staircase on both sides of the entrance is decorated with copper railings and leads to the second floor lobby with a magnificent view of colorful red tiles. The lobby has 36 red porcelain covered columns and is decorated with red tiles on all sides, with the floor covered with red tiles. The solemnity of the building's exterior and the richness of the interior give it a unique character, blending modernism with the classical architecture environment.
