Introduction
Fudan University is the first higher education institution founded by the Chinese people. Its main campus is located in the Handan district, among the four campuses including Handan, Jiangwan, Fenglin, and Zhangjiang. The campus features a mix of Chinese and Western architectural styles and has an open and free campus culture, with attractions such as the Guanghua Tower and Xiyuan. The Xianghui Hall is the most historically significant building on campus, hosting performances by various clubs and lectures. The main building of Guanghua Tower consists of two 30-story buildings connected by a transparent sphere, resembling twin towers, and is one of the most striking landmarks of Fudan University. In addition, the campus also has statues of famous figures such as Mao Zedong and the first president, Chen Wangdao, as well as Jiangnan-style gardens like Yanyuan and Xiyuan.
