Introduction

Located in the eastern part of Qingdao, Mount Laoshan is known as the "first mountain on the sea". The highest peak of Mount Laoshan is the magnificent and beautiful Jufeng, which stands at an altitude of 1133 meters and is famous in the Taoist circle for its grandeur, uniqueness and beauty. The Taoist temples, sunrise and sea of clouds in the scenic area are unique attractions. The southern line has the flowing Qing River and Yakou, the eastern line is Yangkou, the middle line is Beijiushui, and the Taiqing and Shangqing scenic areas are the main sightseeing areas for waterborne tourists. The Laoshan Mountain Climbing Festival held in April and the Cherry Blossom Festival held in May are popular events that attract many visitors. In late March every year, the cherry blossoms on Mount Laoshan bloom, covering the entire mountain with a beautiful flower sea.

Jufeng Scenic Area and Taiqing Scenic Area: By car: Take the Qingdao East Exit on the Qingyin Expressway, drive towards Shazikou, arrive at the Laoshan Tourist Service Center, change to a sightseeing car to enter; By public transportation: Take bus 104, 113, or 304 to the Laoshan Tourist Service Center, and then change to a sightseeing car to enter. 2. Yangkou Scenic Area and Huayan Scenic Area: By car: Take the Licun Exit on the Qingyin Expressway, drive along Jiushui East Road and Binhai Road, through Yangkou Tunnel and Wanggezhuang to the Yangkou Tourist Service Center, park and enter; By public transportation: Take bus 109, 383, 615, or 616 to the Yangkou Tourist Service Center; By metro: Take Line 11 to Puli Station, transfer to the Jiaoyun shuttle bus to the Yangkou Tourist Service Center. 3. Jiushui Scenic Area: By car: Take the Licun Exit on the Qingyin Expressway, drive along Jiushui East Road, Binhai Road and Jiushui Tourist Road to the Jiushui Tourist Service Center, change to a sightseeing car to enter; By public transportation: Take bus 112, 619 or 639 to Wolong Village, change to a sightseeing car to enter; By metro: Take Line 11 to Beijiushui Station, and then purchase sightseeing car tickets at the Zero Transfer Center to enter the scenic area.
