You can take the "Kaohsiung-Eluanbi" bus at Hengchun Transfer Station or Kenting Main Street to Fanzaoliao Station or Shadao Station and hike up the mountain. Alternatively, you can ride a bike or drive there yourself. Starting from Kenting Main Street, follow the 26th Highway and turn onto the mountain road before reaching Shadao (38.7 kilometers) to reach the Pu-tou Grassland.
