Introduction
Emerald Bay, also known as Thunder Bay, is located on the east side of Pulau Perhentian Kecil. This bay is winding and picturesque, and even in bad weather, the water surface is still calm like a mirror, enjoying the reputation of a natural shelter. The water depth near the shore of the bay is about 3-6 meters, while it can reach more than 30 meters away from the shore. Because of the calm waves, it is very suitable for swimming; at low tide, a small beach up to 10 meters long can appear in the bay. In addition, tourists can also admire the beautiful scenery of the sea water changing from blue to green here. Opening hours You can choose to take a speedboat from Phuket (included in one-day tour itinerary), or depart from Koh Phi Phi for a half-day or one-day speedboat tour, or hire a longtail boat to visit the attractions according to personal preference.
