Introduction

London Arch, also known as London Bridge, is one of the most famous attractions on the Great Ocean Road. Legend has it that the massive arch-shaped boulder standing in the ocean was once connected to the mainland and had a shape similar to that of the London Bridge, hence its name. In the early 1990s, the boulder connected to the mainland suddenly collapsed, and now it can only be viewed from a distance. There is an interesting story about London Bridge. When the boulder collapsed, a couple was trapped on the arch-shaped boulder. Fortunately, they were eventually rescued by helicopter and successfully escaped. After being rescued, reporters interviewed the couple. The woman generously recounted everything they had experienced, but the man avoided the camera and refused to talk. It was later revealed that the man was actually on a holiday with his mistress and was worried about his wife finding out, so he deliberately avoided the camera.
