Introduction

Located in the center of Belgrade, the commercial street is one of the famous attractions in the city, next to the Kalimegdan Park. The many representative buildings from the end of the 19th century on the street make it a popular destination for tourism, shopping and cultural activities. The pedestrian street is full of historical beauty and modern charm, leading to Terazije Square, and is also the location of the Moskva Hotel in the city center. At the end of the street is the Old Palace, now the location of the City Hall, and the New Palace is the current office of the Serbian President. Additionally, the monument of Nobel Prize winner Ivo Andric is also nearby.
