Introduction
In the 1970s, Green Island Prison was a place of imprisonment for Taiwanese political prisoners, leaving many with impressions similar to that in the book "Forbidden Island". Currently, the rehabilitation center has opened up for visitation, exhibiting tools used during the rehabilitation process. However, formal prisoners of Green Island Prison are still being held in Chai-kou, but not open to the public.
