Introduction

The National Museum of Fine Arts of Argentina is located in the Recoleta district of the capital Buenos Aires and is under the jurisdiction of the Argentine Ministry of Culture. As the largest public art museum in Latin America, it has a collection of 12,000 art treasures, showcasing both domestic and international works of art, including top-notch European artworks from the 19th century and beloved Argentine artworks. The museum houses a collection of paintings by masters such as Rubens and Picasso, and is truly vast and profound.

Tuesday to Friday 11:30-19:30, Saturday and Sunday 9:30-20:30, closed on Monday, last admission 30 minutes before closing.
English tour guide available on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 12:30, and Saturday at 14:00.
