Introduction

Sinan Road used to be a street within the French Concession, lined with magnificent French plane trees and exuding rich cultural vibes. Many garden-style western-style houses that were prevalent in the 1920s still remain intact on this road, featuring diverse architectural styles from around the world. Additionally, there are various attractions to be seen on Sinan Road, such as the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Sun Yat-sen's former residence, and Mei Lanfang's former residence, all of which are imbued with historical and cultural significance. On both sides of the street, one can also find many small specialty shops, where they can enjoy a leisurely time in a café or browse through antique shops to feel the historical and romantic ambiance of the city.
