Dadonghai is the earliest developed tropical seaside resort in Sanya, and it is also the closest bay to the city. The resort hotels in Dadonghai are concentrated in a small area by the beach, with lower accommodation prices compared to Yalong Bay. The consumption here is moderate, and it is also lively at night. The beach and water quality in Dadonghai are not as good as Yalong Bay, but they are much better than Sanya Bay. Visibility is high, and there are more people here sunbathing. Facilities such as lifebuoys, sun umbrellas, and lounge chairs can be rented in the public swimming area, and freshwater showers and lockers are charged separately.
