Introduction
-Mt. Qixia, also known as Mt. Xixia, is named after the "Qixia Temple" built during the Southern Dynasty. The mountain has three peaks and is located to the north of the Yangtze River.
-Mt. Qixia is known for its beautiful scenery and numerous scenic spots. It has been praised as the "most beautiful mountain in Jinling". Especially in autumn, the mountain is covered with red maple leaves, which is quite unique.
-Many ancient sites are preserved here, such as the Qixia Temple, the Southern Dynasty Thousand Buddha Rock, the Sui Dynasty Pagoda, and even the "Dunhuang ruins" discovered in eastern China.
-The Qixia Temple is located on the northeast side of the mountain. On the flat hillside of the south slope, there is a gray-blue rock that looks like waves, which is very rare and is called the "folding wave rock" by locals. Address 88 Qixia Street, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province
