Natal in Portuguese means Christmas. It is the capital of Rio Grande do Norte, the northeasternmost state in Brazil. From the map, it can be seen that this state is also the easternmost point of the Americas and is the closest port city to Africa.

Genipapu Beach

Dunas Genipapu is the most iconic and beautiful beach in Natal. Riding a buggy, bumping all the way, crossing sand and sea, we reached the highest dune. Looking around, the endless rolling dunes stretched as far as the eye could see. The camels in the distance instantly added a beautiful scenery to this monotonous desert.

Ponta Negra Beach

Ponta Negra Beach, during the day, is a tourist hotspot where visitors can swim in the clear waters and gather for various activities. At night, it transforms into a paradise for all-night parties, singing, and dancing!

Maracajau
