Akrotiri Lighthouse
Located at the southern tip of Santorini Island, this lighthouse is an excellent spot for watching sunsets and sea views. It is fenced off and not accessible, but you can admire and photograph it from different angles and take a stroll nearby to enjoy the sea views. Besides the lighthouse, there are many peculiar cliffs and rocks that are fascinating. The brave can walk along the cliff path below the lighthouse, traverse some rugged sections, and reach the edge of the cliff to witness even more spectacular sea views and natural wonders. Kameni Volcano
This volcano has erupted multiple times, gradually growing from an underwater volcano to a volcanic island emerging from the sea. Currently, it is in a dormant phase and relatively safe, but exploring the crater remains an essential activity when visiting Santorini. During the summer, boats depart daily from Santorini to the volcanic island, and many travel agencies organize volcano tours, including hiking to explore the volcano, enjoying the hot springs, dining on Thirasia Island, and then returning to Santorini to admire the stunning sunset.
