ModeMuseum
MoMu organizes two large thematic exhibitions each year, including exhibitions on seminars, tourism, lectures, and more. Due to the rise of a group of fashion designers trained in Antwerp during the 1980s and 1990s, the museum focuses on contemporary Belgian fashion designers. The first director of the museum was Linda Loppa, who was also the founder and director of the Fashion Department at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.
He was a Flemish Baroque portrait and religious painter whose art was highly appreciated by art collectors and members of the royal family. His paintings for the Queen Mother of France during his many travels across Europe are a testament to this. He spent his last ten years in his childhood hometown of Antwerp. He designed his own Italian-style villa, where you can also explore his large studio where he produced prolific works. It is filled with art and crafts, fully showcasing his impressive life.

This place regularly holds exhibitions themed around jewelry rooms and offers courses on jewelry appraisal that you can sign up for, allowing you to fully appreciate the dazzling brilliance of this world-class jewelry.
Red Star Line Museum
The Red Star Line is a symbol of Antwerp. This legendary shipping company transported over 2 million passengers from the Scheldt River to America under its red star: poor European immigrants seeking the American dream, but also fortunate passengers traveling to New York for tourism or business. The old warehouses on the banks of the Scheldt River are being developed into a memorial site and museum, a place of reflection on contemporary immigration.
