Boon
"So much chocolate, so little time" is the slogan above the Boon counter. This tells you all you need to know about Patrick's love for chocolate. This chocolate master creates exquisite handmade chocolates in various flavors and combinations, cast in delicate shapes. In the adjacent café, chocolate lovers can choose from a rich menu: Grand Cru coffee, latte, steamers, various loose teas, and over 40 different types of drinking chocolate. All drinks are served professionally, including 2 chocolates and a small pot of chocolate mousse. While you indulge, you can watch the chocolate being made into precious chocolates in the open studio.
Benoît Nihant
Benoît Nihant Chocolatier is part of the elite group of chocolatiers who make chocolate from cocoa beans. Almost all chocolate manufacturers use chocolate as a raw material and then remelt it. However, Benoît chooses to master the entire process, from selecting the best batches of high-quality cocoa beans to working with growers who share his passion for excellence. He works closely with plantations. The type of soil, the level of sunlight, and the variety of cocoa trees, combined with the expertise of his planting partners, are all factors that influence the unique aroma of his exceptional chocolates. To maintain its unique character and honor the work of the growers, he does not mix beans from different plantations.
