Old Gate Archway of Wuhan University
There are shuttle buses to the lakeside. After boarding, get off at Yingyuan. Tip: During the cherry blossom season, the general public is only allowed to enter the campus through six gates: the main gate, the affiliated middle school gate, the west gate, the Chagang gate, the Wenlan gate, or the east gate. All other entrances and exits are strictly prohibited. The central area of the campus is under closed management, and the general public must present valid identification for a second verification of reservation information before entering.
Kunpeng Square
This is the main concentrated scenic spot of Wuhan University. It is named after the Kunpeng combined sculpture in the center of the square, with the inscription 'The vastness of the Northern Sea, the wings of Kunpeng reaching the sky, soaring through the clouds for ninety thousand miles, and striking the water for three thousand miles.'
Cherry Blossom Avenue, one of the famous landscapes of Wuhan University, is officially named Yingyuan Road and is a core part of the Yingyuan of Wuhan University.
Wuhan University Administration Building
The Wuhan University Administration Building, backed by the verdant Luojia Mountain, features peacock blue glazed tiles that are dazzlingly beautiful. Paired with pink cherry blossoms, it presents an indescribable beauty.
The pier on East Lake once faced the danger of being demolished due to safety hazards from years of disrepair. Now, the pier, fondly remembered by Wuhan University students, has been restored and has become a classic scenic spot featured on Wuhan University postcards.
