Hubu Alley

Wuhan, the breakfast capital, if you don't have breakfast, you are not a Wuhan local. 'Guozao' (having breakfast) is both a verb, eating while walking, showcasing a punk style; and an adjective, with a sense of ceremony like celebrating the New Year.

Hangang Museum

To understand Wuhan, one cannot bypass Zhang Zhidong. The new museum is full of sincerity, with text explanations and interactive installations in all areas, making it highly interesting. This museum is one of the most beautiful museums in the United States, designed by the famous American designer Daniel Libeskind. It uses a large area of black, which is simple and grand. The use of light and shadow is profound, approaching Zhang Zhidong's life as a 'lonely reformer.'

Gutian Bridge

Wuhan is famous as the 'City of Bridges', and visiting bridges is a must-do activity. If you are tired of the First Yangtze River Bridge, why not try something new? The light blue Gutian Bridge is very refreshing. Although it is relatively far from the city center, many people come here specifically to take photos because of its high aesthetic value.
The Sword of Goujian and the Bianzhong of Marquis Yi of Zeng have made a significant impression in the TV show 'National Treasure,' but seeing them in person is a hundred times more impressive. An experience not to be missed is the Bianzhong concert, where the sound of ancient China flows through the ages, with the long song never ending.
Donghu (East Lake) is the largest urban lake in China, six times larger than Hangzhou's West Lake. The end of summer at Donghu is the most anticipated festival in Wuhan, with the whole city's hormones bursting at this time. Cycling on the Liyuan Greenway is a close-up way to experience the waters of Donghu, bringing back the feeling of a first love at 18. Wuhan University is also located by Donghu. Besides cherry blossoms, the Republic of China-style school buildings and the minimalist INS-style Wanlin Art Museum are also worth a visit. The romantic Lingbo Gate boardwalk is a sacred place for couples from Wuhan University to date. When the tide rises, you can take beautiful photos of floating like lightness skill.

Desheng Bridge

Many local Wuhan residents recommend going to Desheng Bridge to see the Yellow Crane Tower, as the scenery is excellent. In the midst of the city, deep within residential areas, the Yellow Crane Tower stands quietly, blending the ancient with the modern in a wonderfully intriguing way.
