The Royal Garden is the most historically valuable of all the gardens, built by Ferdinand I of the Habsburg dynasty in 1534. Its current appearance is in the English style from the mid-19th century renovation. From the garden, one can enjoy views of the Lesser Town, the Old Town, and the nearby Petřín Hill.
Prague Botanical Garden
The botanical garden covers nearly 30 hectares, featuring meticulously maintained areas including the historic St. Clara Vineyard, a Japanese Zen Garden, and the unique Fata Morgana tropical greenhouse.
Charles University Botanical Garden
This garden was opened in 1898 and gradually built a botanical garden, glasshouses, ponds, and slopes. These outdoor and indoor facilities together create a quaint urban oasis.
King's Hunting Ground - Big Tree Park
A huge oasis in the city center, towering trees, vast lake surface and lawns, offering visitors a place for picnics, as well as a spot for leisurely walks. Suitable for all ages.
