Jiajing Island
Located in Shimei Bay, Wanning City, eastern Hainan Province, China, 30 kilometers from Wanning City. It is bordered by Hainan Island to the north and east, and the Pacific Ocean to the south, with clear, rippling waters. The entire island covers an area of 0.18 square kilometers, equivalent to 213 acres. Originally inhabited, it is said to have had a spring, but it no longer flows, making it an uninhabited island. The island is characterized by rugged rocks and lush forests; on the other side of the island, there is a tranquil beach with soft, powdery white sand that shifts with the seasons.
Coconut Island
Coconut Island is located at the confluence of the East and West Rivers in Tengqiao, Haitang Bay Town, Sanya. It is naturally formed by 17 islands with a total area of 4978 acres. The blue sky, green oasis, clear water, and silver beach create a beautiful archipelago landscape. Coconut Island is the estuary of the East and West Rivers in Tengqiao, featuring a unique water system ecology. It is one of the most well-preserved natural scenic island groups in Hainan.
Boundary Island
As its name suggests, it is located on the climatic boundary line of Hainan. Once an uninhabited island, it boasts rich natural landscapes and a very clean marine environment with abundant marine ecological resources. It is one of the best islands in Hainan for diving and exploring the underwater world. At the same time, its resort and recreational facilities are on par with other well-developed offshore islands, but it is not as crowded as Wuzhizhou Island. For those 'islanders' looking to balance between pristine nature and entertainment, Boundary Island is undoubtedly a perfect choice.
Monkey Island
Nanhai Bay Monkey Island is a peninsula, surrounded by the sea on three sides, located in Nanwan Peninsula, Lingshui County, Hainan Province. It is the only island-like macaque nature reserve in the world. Currently, there are over a thousand macaques in 21 groups on the island, nearly 2000 lively and lovely ones, hence it is called 'Monkey Island'. Nanhai Bay Monkey Island is long and narrow in shape, with a mild climate, making it an ideal paradise for the growth and reproduction of macaques. Monkey Island has a total of 12 mountains, covering an area of 10.2 square kilometers. The mountains are lush with vegetation, filled with strange rocks and caves, and enjoy a spring-like climate all year round.
Niuchawan
Located 30 kilometers east of Sanya City, Niuchawan faces Wuzhizhou Island and is situated between Haitang Bay and Yalong Bay. Originally a military base, the crescent-shaped bay resembles a smaller Yalong Bay. The bay is flanked by rugged reefs, with water depths ranging from 6 to 15 meters. The clear waters are home to a rich variety of corals, vibrant and diverse in shapes, as well as numerous tropical fish species. The beach reef area connected to the sandy shore is teeming with marine life, making it an excellent spot for beachcombing, especially during low tide when the water is shallow.
Dahuajiao
It is a provincial nature reserve in Hainan. Dahuajiao consists of two peaks, Qian'an and Hou'an, with a nearly hundred-meter-wide gorge between them. According to legend, the gorge is the transformation of a male and a female sea turtle. The gorge stretches for hundreds of meters wide between the two peaks, extending side by side into the vast South China Sea, naturally forming a bay.
Haikou Volcanic Cluster Global Geopark
Haikou Shishan Volcanic Cluster Global Geopark is located in the southwest of Shishan Town, 15 kilometers from the city center. In China, the Holocene (10,000 years ago) is one of the few dormant volcanic eruption activities. The total area is 108 square kilometers. The Haikou volcanic cluster is a rare Quaternary volcanic cluster in the world, with as many as 40 volcanic cones and more than 30 lava tunnels. The volcanic rocks are diverse, the magma landscape is rich, and the lava tunnels are incredibly magical, making it a rare volcanic wonder.
Longyuan Manor
Located in Team 30 of Xinglong Farm, Wanning City, Hainan Province, Wanning Xinglong Longyuan Coffee Manor covers an area of 150 acres. It is an eco-friendly circular manor that integrates organic coffee planting, processing, tasting, leisure experience, and sightseeing tourism. Compared to other assembly line-produced tourist coffee factories, the experience here is more important.
