Zendai Himalayas Center
The overall architectural design of the Shanghai Zendai Himalayas Center was personally overseen by the internationally renowned Japanese architect Arata Isozaki. The center's architecture is composed of a translucent cube and a naturally rustic 'irregular forest.' The Himalayas Center is not just a building; it is a sculpture and an artwork. The 'irregular forest' structure, in particular, embodies the artistic essence of the Himalayas Center, continuously spreading the influence of art throughout the building, both in form and substance. The 'irregular forest' appears as if it naturally grows from the ground, supporting the entire Himalayas Center.
