'Youlian Restaurant' is said to be managed by the sole heir and chef of the original Qingping Restaurant's 'Qingping Chicken'.
Mo Da Mao Restaurant
Among the three time-honored brands that inherited the legacy of 'Qingping Restaurant,' only 'Mo Da Mao' has opened a branch in the old town. The head chef, Master Tan, is said to have been responsible for cooking chicken at Qingping Restaurant since 1982.
