Winter gathering place for skiing enthusiasts, inventory of Heilongjiang ski resorts

Heilongjiang is located in the northernmost part of our country, with excellent snowfall conditions, making it an ideal natural ski resort. When it comes to ski resorts, most people will first think of Harbin's 5S ski resort and Yabuli ski resort. However, in reality, apart from Yabuli, there are many other ski resorts scattered throughout the vast area of Heilongjiang province, centered around Harbin.

Yabuli Ski Resort

Yabuli Ski Resort is located on the northern slopes of Daguan Mountain and Ergong Mountain in Zhangguangcai Ridge, 195 kilometers southeast of Harbin, and not far from Yabuli Town. It enjoys high recognition both domestically and internationally, known as the 'Mecca of Snow'. It is also the only national-level venue in China qualified to host Olympic-level snow competitions, making it a popular winter gathering place for many skiing enthusiasts. The most famous ski areas here are the Sun Mountain Ski Resort and the New Sports Committee Ski Resort.

Mao'er Mountain Ski Resort

Mao'er Mountain Ski Resort is an affiliated ski teaching base of Harbin Sports University, located in the outskirts of Mao'er Mountain Town, 85 kilometers southeast of Harbin City, and 90 kilometers from Harbin city center, accessible by railway and highway. Harbin Sports University's alpine ski resort (also known as Mao'er Mountain Ski Resort) is located in Mao'er Mountain Town, Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province, 88 kilometers from the main campus of Harbin Sports University.

Ying Shan Hong Ski Resort

Ying Shan Hong Ski Resort is located 9 kilometers south of Jiagedaqi City, the capital of the Greater Khingan Range. It is also a training ground for the national team. The ski season is long, lasting from October each year to May of the following year, allowing for skiing activities.

Ujimqin Ski Resort

Established in 1964, it is the first official competition ski resort in China. It has successfully hosted the first, second, and third national ski competitions, nurturing and producing over 30 ski champions. More than 70 athletes have won 238 medals in various competitions, and it has also provided over 700 outstanding ski athletes for the country.

Harbin Wanda Ski Resort

Harbin Wanda Ski Resort is located in Harbin City and was designed by the American company Acer. It holds several world records and is a representative work of the fourth generation of indoor ski resorts. It uses a unique double-layer insulation system to ensure that the indoor temperature is controlled at minus six degrees Celsius. The real snow produced by hundreds of powerful refrigeration and snow-making machines allows you to truly immerse yourself in a snow-covered mountain.

Jihua Ski Resort

Jihua Ski Resort has become one of the top ski resorts in China and even Asia. It has been consecutively rated as an 'SSSSS-level Ski Resort', 'Most Popular Ski Resort', 'Top Five Ski Resorts in Harbin Loved by Citizens', and one of the '100 Must-Visit Places in Heilongjiang'. It is known as the 'Hometown of Skiing in China'.
