Zhongnan University of Economics and Law - Bus 538

'Next Stop: Chashan Liu' is a graduation song written by the band 'Landlord's Cat' during their university years but left unfinished. The song starts with the announcement of Wuhan Bus Route 538: 'Next stop, terminal station, Nanhu Avenue Chashan Liu.' The simple beginning instantly brings back deep memories, flooding in like a tide, of all the moments spent at the university. 'Chashan Liu' is the name of the bus stop at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Because it is located right at the university gate, it has almost become a symbol of the university.

Therefore, the Hanyangzao Art District hopes to ignite the spark for the development of culture and art in central China under the name of 'Hanyangzao'.
Around 1901, the Ba brothers bought a large piece of land in the Russian concession in Hankou. The area extended from Liangyi Street (now Dongting Street) to Luojia Monument Road (now Luojia Mountain Street) in the east-west direction, and from Lierbin Street (now Lanling Road) to today's Lihuangpi Road in the north-south direction. They built an isosceles triangle-shaped large house in the triangular area between Liangyi Street and Sanjiao Street (now Poyang Street) intersecting Lihuangpi Road and Lanling Road. Construction began in 1901 and was completed in 1910. This is what people refer to as Ba Gong House. After its completion, Ba Gong House became a landmark building in this area of the Russian concession.
