Kuiyuan Hall
Kuiyuanguan Noodle Shop (abbreviated as Kuiyuanguan) was founded in 1867 (Qing Dynasty, Tongzhi Year 6) in Hangzhou by a person of Anhui origin, whose name is unknown. Although the ownership of the shop has changed several times, its business of selling noodles has remained unchanged, and it is renowned both domestically and internationally for its long history, large scale, and distinctive characteristics.

In the Chinese vegetarian food community, there is a saying called "Nan Fu, Bei Xie, Zhong Song", which refers to Fu Chang from Shenzhen, Xie Yiyuan from Beijing, and Song Yuanbo from Shanghai. They are all big names in the vegetarian and food industry. Da Shu Wu Jie was founded by Song Yuanbo, who also established "Zao Zi Shu Vegetarian Restaurant" prior to that.
