Kadoya's signature dish is eel rice! It comes in two forms: set meal and eel rice. The side dishes in the set meal are all delicious, and the whole eel is grilled to perfection. The eel layered rice bowl, priced at 1933 yen including tax, is the store's specialty. A bowl of fragrant white rice made from Hokkaido rice is topped with a piece of crispy eel. As you eat further, you'll find another layer of eel hidden within the rice!
Kani Ryori no Mise Hyousetsu no Mon
Kani Ryori no Mise Hyousetsu no Mon is a well-known crab specialty restaurant in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Its main clientele is primarily local residents, so it lacks the bustling noise typical of tourist spots. The staff are friendly and considerate, and although they do not speak Chinese, they make a great effort to recommend dishes to customers.
Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan
Here, ordering is self-service, which is very convenient. After ordering and being seated, guests can choose their preferred flavor: light (あっさり) or rich (こってり).
