Pampulha Art Museum
Pampulha Art Museum is located by the Pampulha Lake, with a very exquisite landscape design. It was formerly a casino and later transformed into an important contemporary art exhibition center in Brazil.
Happy Journey Cathedral of Our Lady
The church was originally built in 1897 and later rebuilt in 1913 in the Gothic Revival style. In 1924, it became the local cathedral.
The Palace of Arts is located at the southern end of the Municipal Park and is an important cultural center of the city, frequently hosting art exhibitions, performance art, and music performances.
Mineirão Stadium
During the 2014 World Cup in Belo Horizonte, the main attraction was, of course, the stadium. Mineirão Stadium is the largest in the state of Minas Gerais and the second largest football stadium in Brazil. It is also the home ground of two Brazilian champion teams, Atlético Mineiro and Cruzeiro.
