Does anyone know which car rental company will allow me to rent a good car if I am under 24? I thought it was either that you couldn't rent under 24 or that it was not allowed to cross the border into the Czech Republic and Italy ? Germany Q&A

Hello everyone, I have a question. We picked up the car in Vienna and drove to Brno, Czech Republic. The GPS told us to take a highway, but in fact, that highway had not yet been opened. We didn't know that and kept driving on it. Then someone stopped us. We thought they were bad guys and didn't stop.
