Does anyone know how to contact Aeroflot for lost luggage? Aeroflot lost my carry-on luggage! I was flying from Istanbul to Moscow, with a connecting flight to Shanghai. In the first leg, the plane was full, so the flight attendant took my carry-on luggage to be checked. When I landed, they told me to pick it up at the terminal, but no one knew where it was. I asked seven or eight Aeroflot staff, and they all said there was no record of my carry-on luggage. The baggage carousel and the lost luggage office had no information either.
