When I look at the booking sites for the day trip, they do not offer ferry + bus package after Oct 1. However, I see from many travel blogs that many hikers still visit Preikestolen in Oct and Nov. There are three routes in total, which one is the most suitable? If I take the ferry, do I need to book the tickets in advance? The car return is also a headache. There is a barrier at the entrance of the parking lot but no indication of where to return the car.
