The road conditions from Rennes to Narvik are okay, there is no ice and snow at the end of November, the driving distance is about 6 hours, provided that you don't stop at any attractions or eat; it takes about 4 hours from Narvik to Tromsø, the road is completely covered in snow, and I even encountered a foreigner having a car accident, so I suggest not to drive at night, drive cautiously during the day, and avoid sudden braking and sharp turns.

I feel it's pretty difficult. First, you can't keep driving with all your might. You have to stop to take pictures and eat at some point. Second, Norway's winter days are very short, and driving at night in the snow at high speed is very dangerous. I'm going next week and plan to stop in Narvik for one night.
