Folks, I have one more question. Regarding right of way, unless there are traffic lights or signs indicating right of way, the vehicle coming from the right shall have the right of way, regardless of the width of the road. How should this sentence be understood ?

I know that in one situation, when there are no traffic lights at a crossroads, you should let the vehicle on your right (perpendicular to your path) go first. I'm not sure if this makes sense to you. Yes, so basically in countries without traffic lights, they mostly use roundabouts.
