Why don't the car dealerships of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi allow you to go to countries in Eastern Europe like the Czech Republic? Are they boycotting German goods ?

All I know is that there are a lot of thieves in the Czech Republic, and the local police are incompetent. Is this the reason? However, the last time I rented a car to go to the hot spring city, it didn't seem to care where I went.
There are many car thefts in Eastern Europe, so luxury cars are generally not allowed to go. In the past, BMW rentals were not allowed to go to Italy.
We went last year, no problem, the car rental scared us, and said that if we drove there, we would be taken down by the police. We still went, and when we bought tickets at the border, we asked the border police, and they didn't know at all. I guess it's because Western Europe thinks Eastern Europe is poor, low-quality, and will damage the car, so the insurance company will pay, so they scare people driving Mercedes-Benz and BMW not to go to Eastern Europe.
