Reminder, the built-in one on Apple phones is particularly useful. Google suddenly stopped working during a California Road trip, so I downloaded TomTom. In the end, I used the built-in one on the Apple phone.

Good to use. But I always keep my mobile data network turned on and have not tried to turn off data traffic. It would be even better if there were English voice navigation. This would make it more in line with the local situation, especially if place names are directly expressed in English, which would be more down-to-earth.

Can be used, but feels that the accuracy is not as good as Google, and the automatically positioned Dublin avis car rental shop is wrong.
