I was worry-free throughout the whole process. There were staff waiting at the store to warm up the car and help us with the procedures. The process was very quick, and they proactively informed us about relevant precautions and offered a fuel discount card. Returning the car was just a matter of checking if everything was satisfactory and then it was done.
