Can anyone tell me if there are any rest stops along the way from Adelaide to Uluru? I haven't been able to find a map. Thank you ?

Along the way, some towns and villages are best found on Google Earth , which is more intuitive and easy.

Don't worry about the route, there are petrol stations and accommodation along the way. Start early, stay in Opal Town for the first night, then there is a petrol station and accommodation in Erldunda on the second day. Spend at least two nights in Yulara in the morning, then go to Uluru for the sunset and sunrise, and two days' ticket is valid. The fifth day is to go to Kings Canyon, which has campsites nearby and is also recommended to stay for at least two days. On the sixth day, hike in Kings Canyon, and on the seventh day, head back to Adelaide, staying in Erldunda. On the eighth day, go to Opal Town, and on the ninth day, go to Augusta from Opal Town, and on the tenth day, return to Adelaide.
