Thanks for the suggestion, but I can't lock the card. I often book hotels abroad and don't know when to deduct the fees. If I lock the card, I won't be able to book it. This time I feel that chip cards are not as safe as magnetic stripes. I only got one chip card, thinking it's convenient abroad. I didn't expect this card to have a problem ?

There are several ways to lock a card. You can lock a card swiped with an overseas POS machine, and also lock it during the period from sleeping at night to getting up in the morning.

I always use my credit card to refuel, I can't say whether it's safe or not, but I always ask for a receipt after refueling.
