Is it true that you don't need to buy a toll ticket when picking up your car in the city center of Prague and buy it in Austria instead ?

Basically, rental car companies have purchased domestic highway tickets, so please confirm with the rental car company when picking up the car. Once inside Austria, you can simply find a highway gas station before exiting and purchase the high way toll fee.
