Received a parking ticket for parking on the roadside in San Francisco, even though the parking location allows for a 2-hour limit. Why was I fined ?

One situation is that the timeout has occurred, and the other is parking in a disabled person's parking space.
The sign says that in the case of payment, you can park for a maximum of two hours (even if you pay more money, you will not be allowed to continue occupying the spot), not free for two hours!
You need to look at the time period, not all time periods can be stopped.
