Excuse me, big shot. Why do we have to wait for the left turn green light to turn left in some cases, while in other cases we can turn left when the green light is on? Thank you ?

According to the signal on the top of the traffic light, some yellow arrow lights indicate that you can only turn left when they are on, while some green arrow lights indicate the same. If there is no specific indication, you can turn left when the green light is on (three light signals).
