Just join a tour group. You're really better off taking a tour and checking things off the list if you're in a rush.

If you keep running, it will take more than 4 hours to go from Horseshoe Bend to Las Vegas. If you want to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, you will arrive in LV when it is dark. As long as it does not affect your accommodation, it is okay to do so, but you will have to rush.
