Can you please tell me when the excess pre-authorized amount of 18,000 yuan will be refunded for self-service fueling with a credit card, even though only 5,000 yuan or so was actually used to fill up the tank ?

I am safe, probably four or five days, the actual fuel cost pre-authorization was canceled after the official entry
