Vancouver Outlets, located right beside Vancouver Airport. The scene is not very big, generally half a day to a day can be finished. Of course, the price is cheaper than the general brand store, but not as cheap as the Outlets.

But it's not as cheap as the outlets in America. There's one on the side of exit 210 on the way from Vancouver to Seattle. It's so big that you can't finish shopping in one day.
