Car rental shops are inside the airport hall (usually big companies) and outside the airport (other small companies), some companies are 24 hours, some are not, it depends on which company you choose, you have to ask yourself to know when they open, I booked in advance and didn't spend more money.

Early pick-up requires early return. Be sure to check the bill after pick-up. Late return will incur fees.
