You should be fined for using the fast toll lane, it is clearly stated on the sign. The left side is for electronic toll collection without stopping, and the right side is for parking and paying. I have heard that you can pay online or by phone within 48 hours after passing through, but I haven't tried it myself so I'm not sure about the details.
