Could you please tell me whether we should go through the tunnel of Highway 1 to cross the sea or drive around to Highway 823 in the south and come back ?

The sea-crossing part you see on the map is not a tunnel. The toll tunnel is on the previous No. 1 Highway, which goes through the mountain. It is recommended to go around it by turning from No. 84 to No. 83 from the north. There are not many roads, and the scenery is very beautiful.

The crossing is not a tunnel, no toll is required, just take Highway 1.
