Can I buy Costco at Costco from Calgary to Vancouver while driving and playing? It's too late to arrive in Vancouver on the day before I go back to China, so I can't buy it in Vancouver ?

Calgary has Costco, and the federal tax is only 5%. Vancouver has two, one in Burnaby, near exit 29 on highway 99. The other one is in Richmond, very close to the airport, but it opens at 9:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm. You need a membership card to shop, and the tax is 5% + 7%.
